iPage.com Problems with Domain Registration Auto-Renewal

ICANN Expired Registration Policy requires at least two emails be sent to a domain registrant prior to the expiration date.  iPage did not provide notice of credit card processing issues, and did not run updated credit card information through the system once updated, and prior to expiration.  Domain registrant updated his card prior expiration but iPage never ran the card.  The domain had to be purchased back from iPage at a highly inflated rate.
