Victoria Ramos Queneau is a corporate deal lawyer with experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, intellectual property transactions, commercial agreements, brand partnerships, and entertainment.
Victoria Ramos Queneau’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters, outside general counsel services, and intellectual property, with a focus on acquisitions, private equity financings, licensing, and commercial agreements. She advises clients across the full transaction lifecycle—from initial structuring and due diligence through closing—and serves as a trusted outside general counsel to businesses in the entertainment, technology, and consumer products industries.
Prior to joining Traverse Legal, Victoria was a Corporate and Securities Associate in the Austin office of a Texas law firm where she advised a variety of clients on M&A transactions, series financings, and debt transactions. Victoria represented private equity funds in connection with fund formation, launch, and ongoing operations as well as institutional investors as limited partners in private funds. She regularly provided external general counsel services to clients in entertainment, retail, and media, advising on corporate governance, intellectual property strategy, commercial agreements, and risk management.
Victoria has previous in-house counsel experience, where she brought a practical, business-minded approach to in-house legal work—partnering closely with cross-functional teams to move strategic initiatives forward while managing legal risk, with a particular emphasis on IP licensing, brand partnerships, artificial intelligence, and data privacy matters.
