Mark has represented counties, cities, townships, colleges, school districts, private companies and individuals over an extended career which began in 1988. Mark regularly has extensive experience with countless multi-million dollar corporate transactions as well commercial real estate transactions in the purchase and sale of businesses and an active Federal and State litigation practice for his established clients.
Mark has also litigated cases across the from California, Texas, Michigan,Ohio, Indiana, New York, New Jersey and Florida involving trademark, domain name, copyright, online defamation, employment disputes, partnership disputes and commercial matters.
A graduate of Kenyon College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and Michigan State University College of Law where he was a Managing Editor of the Law Review.
